Missed or enjoyed the previous editions of the Kwepena festival, the third edition returns this Sunday of November 18th at Legends Rugby Grounds, Lugogo.

Alongside Kwepens, there will be a lot of childhood games to enjoy such as blaada, duulu, Sonko, draft sacks race, Kagulu mooja, Kirindi kirindi, Round game, Kala egoba emesse, Tag of war, Skipping, Kantuntunu and many others.
The event powered by Cheza, KQ Hub, Campus bee, Legends bar and Galaxy FM will be hosted by comedian Collin Emeka, MC Ronnie and Dave. The fans will be entertained by music mixes from DJs Jerry and Tony alongside stage performances from forgotten veteran singer Ziggy Dee.
Kwepena is a fun childhood traditional Ugandan game literally meaning dodging the ball. It usually involves three players (girls) with two standing either sides and the other in the center player who tries to dodge the ball thrown by the other two. The one who dodges the highest number of times wins.
