Recently, respected Kibuli Muslim Community spokesperson Sheikh Nuuhu Muzaata attacked singer Eddy Kenzo, referring him to as Love Nigga, a con-player when it comes to matters of the heart.
He said this while giving a speech when singer Rema Namakula was introducing her new Lover Dr Hamza Sebunya to her family during a traditional Kukyala ceremony.
This didn’t go well with Kenzo who took to his socials to express his disbelief in Muzaata’s insults moreover in front of his (Kenzo) daughter Aamal who he shares with Rema.
Sheikh Muzaata then after reportedly wrote an apology to the singer who is currently in Colombia for a music show.
However, his written apology has been trashed by many, telling him to publicly apologize through a video.
According to Kenzo’ manager Muhumuza Martin Betta, Muzaata should do the same just he as he did while he was insulting the singer. i.e putting it on video.
“This guy should apologize with a video as he did in the abusing, Just like he forced MC Mariachi to apologize on camera, he should do the same”
He added on that Muzaata should stop the familiarity however much he is a religious leader.
“Muzaata should know that musuuza has done more for this country than he has done., he should at least respect him for that. These people balina akanyoomonyoomo akayitilidde” he said.
