Bobi comments on Museveni’s ‘Economic crisis’ brag

While addressing Ugandans in the annual State of the Nation Address in the parliament, President Museveni said that those who think the economy is bad have no eyes to see. “An economy can’t be bad when there is an excess of electricity.” He added. This looked as a brag to the very many Ugandans who do not have access to electric power, those affected by heavy rod shading and heavy power bills and so Uganda’s largest percentage that can’t even earn a US Dollar a day.

However, Local singer turned politician, Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) who is contesting for the Kyaddondo East Member of Parliament has got some thing to react to.

From his face post, Bobiwine said that;

Well, Mr. President, we have eyes to see the darkness that invades our homes when there is no power. We have eyes to see our empty wallets and children sitting idle at home as the new school term begins.”

He continued to show his dissatisfaction by saying that, “We have eyes to see that you have been president for a long time, and it is a bad thing because despite of all your experience, you cannot see that the people’s eyes are open and Uganda belongs to us!”

“Someone should wake Mzeei up.” He concluded.

What do you think?
