Numerous sources suggest that the well-respected public figure Faridah Nakazibwe, renowned for her hosting of the popular NTV Akawungezi news and the Mwasuze Mutya morning show on NTV, may have resigned from her position. Today, on Monday, October 2, 2023, the Mwasuze Mutya show was hosted by Ruth Kalibbala, providing apparent confirmation of the circulating rumors.
With a tenure of over 17 years, Nakazibwe commenced her journey at NTV in 2006 as a news anchor for Luganda, which later evolved into NTV Akawungezi. Throughout her time, she demonstrated exceptional dedication and performance in her roles, managing co-production responsibilities for the news while anchoring in the production newsroom.
One of her significant contributions was hosting the popular Mwasuze Mutya show, engaging with prominent personalities in the spotlight live on NTV, solidifying her popularity. A few days ago, the purported journalist successfully earned a Master’s in Business Administration from Victoria University. Addressing the press, she shared the tremendous and challenging aspects of pursuing education at a mature stage.
