Singer Weasel was overwhelmed with grief during a requiem mass of his music counterpart Mowzey Radio. When time came for him to talk about his fallen singing colleague at Lubaga Cathedral, He burst into tears……
He could barely stand and trembled through out his speech. He revealed that they had set a lot of goals with Mowzey Radio from the start since they had nothing.
“Radio and I started when we had nothing, we promised each other heaven and earth. As you see we started moving places and enjoying ourselves but unfortunately my brother has left me alone,” He said…
It should be remembered that Singer Douglas Seguya (Weasel’s real names) together with the fallen ‘music hero’ teamed up to make a singing duo known as Goodlyfe and took over the music charts from the time they begun to sing up to date.
The two have been closer to each other than they probably are with their blood family, making some people referring to them as twins.
It has been truly beyond business partnership, They had become family!! Sharing the same house (called NeverLand in Makindye), meals and others.
Mowzey Radio succumbed to a blood clot in the brain after allegedly being involved in a brawl on Monday last week at the now closed De Page bar in Entebbe.
His body has been taken to Kololo Airstrip for public viewing and he will be later laid to rest on Saturday 3rd February 2018 in Nakawuka.
