Kalema Lawrence
Real names Isaac Nsimbe Zizinga, he is well known by his stage names Diziza Madras, a young dancehall reggae musician, writer and entrepreneur who is the voice behind x-rated video-dancehall hit ‘Gal ah Bubble’ featuring fallen singer Emmanuel Mayanja a.k.a AK47.
He started singing while still at school though joined commercial music six years ago when he recorded ‘Gal ah Buuble’ with late AK47 and he has continued to record several other songs like ‘Bagala Diziza’, ‘One more time’, ‘Amazina’ a collabo with Apass, ‘Likkledance’, ‘Njagala’ a collabo with Jose Chameleone, ‘Masapete’ among others in addition to plans to do collabos with international artistes like Popcan. He has done shows in Dubai and Kenya along with other artistes under his music label Wolipa System.
He holds a Bachelor of Information Technology attained from Nkumba University.
Diziza says that he gives legendary musicians Chameleone and Bobi Wine a lot of respect and treats them as his role models in the Ugandan music industry who he says have been able to overcome a number of huddles in life to emerge successful. He has done shows in Dubai and Kenya along with other artistes under his music label Wolipa System.
Though appears to be young, Diziza is a man of responsibility with a girlfriend called Bridgette who is his mother of one and as well another baby.
Other than music, Diziza is running a business of importing phones and cosmetics from Dubai and China in order to make the ends meet.
