Real names Nabattu Naira Ali, the voice behind hits like tulo and Okikola otya was born to Mr. Ssesanga Ali, a former music DJ with ‘Chicago boys’ club in Masindi district and Mrs. Ssesanga Hawa.
She says that she sings for the soul and to inspire and her musical journey started from home since she was born from a musical background as her mother was a choir leader in the church and her school too.
“My music is a fusion of feelings, emotions, reactions to our day to day life making it hard for me to pin it to a particular genre though greatly inspired by love” That is how Naira describes the style of her music.
About being in a relationship, Naira comments that she is seeing some one but her dating life is the only little piece of her she would like to keep to her self as a secret since her man appreciates his privacy and trusts her.
