French star Paul Pogba and Armenian danger man Henrikh Mkhitaryan efforts have lifted English side now Europa favorites, Manchester United in Stockholm to claim the club’s second trophy of the season following the English League Cup and securing Champions League football as his 19th minute goal contributed to the landmark of overcoming Dutch side Ajax to win the Europa League final 2 – 0.

A deflected shot from Pogba opened the scoring sheet to put Manchester ahead in the 19th minute while Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s sixth Europa League goal of the campaign, flicked in from Marouane Fellaini’s header at a corner, sealed the victory to confirm they directly qualify to Champions league group stages.
United are now the fifth team to claim the full quota of European trophies, joining an illustrious list with Ajax, Chelsea, Juventus and Bayern Munich.
