Cheptegei’s muscle pull kills Uganda fans’ joy of another gold medal

It was a moment of silence and sadness for Ugandans after Senior men Athlete Josua Kiprui Cheptegei closely failed to Scoop the would have been the second gold medal for the home country after suffering a muscle pull 400 hundred metres to the finishing line.
He was leading Kenyan Geoffrey Kipsang Kamworor who won the category by 200 metres and Leonard Kiplimo Barsoton who finished second by 300 meters.
After being helped by fellow runner who appeared to be in last positions, he finished 30th. Fans were heard blaming Kenyans for making juju to the runner while others on th government for not motivating the boys to train harder.
