It’s been a joyful week from the Uganda Women Football team camp after also learning that today, one of the teammates successfully completed her bachelor’s degree study from Uganda Christian University.
This is nine other than the Crested Cranes left back Phoebe Banura, who has obtained honours in Child development and Children’s ministry.
This comes a few days after the Crested Cranes beat Ethiopia by 2 – 0 from At Mary’s Stadium Kitende in the first leg of the Women Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers.
Banura celebrated this milestones with teammates as they wait for the return leg with Ethiopia on Tuesday next week.
