The Kampala Carnival Charity Concert at Kololo Independence grounds marked the opening day of the 3-days Kampala City Carnival celebrations and Popular Tanzanian RnB and Bongo flava artiste Diamond Platnumz headlined the show.
He put up a tantalizing performance after stepping on stage at around 10:35 to perform some of his Swahili soft RnB songs.
Fans got thrilled when he changed the atmosphere at the venue as he performed his popular songs like; ‘Salome’, Mudogo ‘Mudogo’, while dancing together with his crew, sending them to the enjoyment of a life time as well as others were seen fighting to overlap the boundary cages so as to shake his hands.
Diamond one time admired the beauty of Ugandans when he called some babes onto stage to dance with him as he performed before later admitting in his own words that Ugandan’s have the most beautiful and sexy girls while enjoying their bumper shakes of all sizes and sorts.
The concert was also graced by performances from Ugandan artistes like B2C, Ykee Benda, Mun G, Winnie Nwagi, Gravity Omutujju, Sheebah Karungi among others, who were curtain raisers.
Diamond performed for roughly two hours and by the time the show ended at a few minutes past midnight, several of his fans still yearned for him.
