Gagamel boss Singer Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool recently outshined East Africa’s sensational such as Diamond Platinumz, Harmonize and Rayvanny among others to win the Best Male Artist of the region in the All Africa Music Awards held in Accra, Ghana over the weekend.

However, Bebe Cool’s victory came as a surprise since he defied odds of social media speculation that gave him no chance. It should be noted that there was a campaign ongoing on Social Media aimed at Ugandans Boycotting Bebe Cool due to his support for the ruling government but instead vote for Tanzania’s Diamond Platinumz. But it seems it didn’t work out giving the ‘Batiddemu’ singer a reason to brag.

bebe cool“Just won an award for the best male Artist in East Africa at Afrima Awards 2018 Ghana. Thanks for the support my fans….. Most people misinterpret this process as arrogance, disrespect and/or pride. This process is comprised of hard work, honesty, belief and loyalty, which virtues must be cherished by those who want success,” Bebe Cool posted on his social media pages moments after being declared the winner.

For the reason, Bebe’s seemingly number one fan Zuena Kirema, his wife couldn’t be prouder. The mother of five took to social media to congratulate her baby daddy for the hard work and thank God for the good news.
