Former world steeple chase champion Dorcus Inzikuru is now a proud graduate, we can reveal.
She is amongst hundreds of students who graduated last week from Ndejje University with a Bachelors of Business Administration.
According to close sources, the athlete impressed at her internship place (a certain bank at Forest Mall Lugogo) and the bosses are likely to land her a job so she returns as a full-time worker.
Inzikuru, a track and field athlete, is well remembered by winning the inaugural world title in women’s 3000m steeplechase at the World Championships, in Helsinki, Finland, as well as the first Commonwealth title in the event in 2005.
