Earlier this week, we reported how Andy Events, the manager of the former B2C boys had plans of forcing the trio to drop names after a nasty split a few weeks back over payment disagreements.
Andy Events gave the three boys; Bobby Rush, Julio Delivad and Mr Lee who were under his management for a number of years an ultimatum of 48 hours to drop the name of ‘Born to Conquer’ (B2C) and cease performing the songs they sang while still under his guidance, claiming he had full rights to them.

However, one of the boys, Julio Delivad isn’t ready to just stare as their belongings are being taken. He came out and clarified on the matter saying that no one in the world can take away their name because they have a certificate of incorporation on that matter.
“Let them not lie to you because no one can take away our name. In fact we have a certificate of incorporation on that name,” Julio revealed.
He went on to brag that they are going to pin the certificate in their living room so that everybody can be able to see it at anytime.
