The 6th edition of the annual Kampala City Festival organised by Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) is here this October 2017.
There is a lot more to celebrate in this year’s edition as it will be a three day extravaganza starting on Friday 6th October to 8th October with a fun packed street carnival along the city’s main street not forgetting entertainment from top Ugandan artists and Deejay battles.
According to the organising committee, Saturday 7th October is dedicated to the a charity concert that will be headlined by Tanzanian superstar, Singer Diamond Platnumz at Kololo Independence Grounds featuring top Ugandan artists to thrill revellers.
The KCCA Executive Director Jennifer Musisi said that the Kampala City Festival has since grown in value and attendance from 800,000 revelers on the the first edition to over 5 million at the last year’s edition.
