Today morning, Inspector General of Police Edward Kale Kayihura has confirmed the arrest of two men being claimed to be connected to the shooting at Kulambiro that claimed three lives of police officers including AIGP Kaweesi.The suspected murderers are Kwesiga Andrew and Higenyi Aramanzan as by their national ID information.
The duo were trying to escape from the country to take refugee in Democratic Republic of Congo. They are currently being held by the Uganda Police for further investigations.
