Music Band Kream Productions’s ‘Mavumba Vumba’ singer,Donah Mbazira, has been detained at a certain South African Airport Police station over charges of drug possession and trafficking.
South African Police arrested her on Tuesday after being found with contraband cocaine that had been hidden in portrait photograph she was traveling with.
Reliable sources within Kream Production revealed that the Haruna Mubiru’s band singer claimed a certain individual asked her to transport the parcel to the country.
“She said that she is innocent and clean.” The source confirmed
However, according to the laws governing drug related crimes in south Africa, if she is convicted, she will either spend all her life in prison or face a death penalty.
This comes in when Kream Productions members led CEO Hajji Haruna Mubiru, Kazibwe Kapo and Baby Rich among others are in Pretoria, South Africa to headline a musical show that was to be held yesterday.
