Ugandan Artiste to Record a 15hrs Song, to be the Longest in the world

Imagine listening to a single song long enough to take more than 10 hours before it ends, seems unbelievable but it exists.

Forget about the 1990’s ‘Kadogo kamu’ you are used to, to take over 20 minutes. The current world’s longest released on 1st November 2016 in Palmer USA, ‘The Rise and Fall of Bossanova’ by Michael Bostwick and Kelly Bostwick lasts 13 hours 23 minutes and 32 seconds and this is what a Ugandan musician is looking forward to break.

She is none other than Sylvia Kyansuti, a local musician from Busoga region. She intends to record and produce the longest song in the world that will last 15 hours and if she manages to achieve this, she will hold the record for the longest song ever released in the world.

According to sources, the little known female artiste and two other individuals have submitted a proposal to the Speaker of Parliament Hon. Rebecca Kadaga to have parliament support their world record breaking music project.

Good luck guys…
