A few days ago the internet nearly broke down with the sequencial nudes leak of two ladies.
The first nudes leak was Shawula Kasule’s a daughter to Kibuli Muslim faction Supreme Mufti Sheikh Ndirangwa Kasule a day before Photographer and Commedienne Martha Kay’s Nudes also got leaked by a yet to confirmed party.
As expected, the two are yet to face the punishing hand of the Anti Pornography Law as it has been on the previous cases including Singer Desire Luzinda and the Uganda Christian University third year student, Lillian Rukundo Natalie a daughter of a top army officer identified as Muhwezi Mugyenyi among others.
Despite the exact way how the photos and videos found their way online not being known yet, the Chairperson of the Pornography Control Committee Dr Anette Kezaabu needs them to explain more about these nudes that left many men suffering from Scrotal Eruptions.
“Our committee will meet on Wednesday and work with police to cause their arrest. In these two cases, we have no other suspects apart from the two girls themselves that are appearing in the photos naked,” Dr Annette Kezaabu said.
She added on that if they do not do so, she will handle the matters to the Police to search them as she has failed to reach them on phone with their numbers always being off.
According to the law, the publisher of the nude content is charged with offensive communication under the Computer Misuse Act of 2010 if found guilty. A fine of Shs10m or imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or both also comes in handy if convicted.
