Ever since the Kyaddondo East Member of Parliament, Hon Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu a.k.a Bobi Wine, steped a foot in the parliament, yhings have not been going on well politicaly on his side. He was first banned from radio and TV stations by Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) though later UCC denied the allegations following the
‘Togikwatako’ saga, he was then arrested several times and now, he has been summoned by the Uganda Police allegedly over Inciting violence.
According to the Kampala Metropolitan Police Commandant Frank Mwesigwa, Bobi Wine has to explain that he is allegedly inciting the masses through his music concerts, which they claim has since turned them into political rallies.
“We have noticed that Bobi Wine has been turning into Hon Kyagulanyi to make political statements at Music shows, which is not what we agreed on,”
He adds on thet Police wants Barbie’s baby daddy to know that there is a difference between Bobi Wine and Hon Robert Kyagulanyi.
It is however not yet clear whether Bobi Wine and his lawyers have received the summons and their readiness to honor it.
