The president of Uganda, Museveni Kaguta has given a helping hand to the family of the fallen music producer Daniel Mukisa alias Danz ku Mapeesa who passed away yesterday Saturday 7th October 2017.
This was presented by the Gagamel Music Family boss, Moses Sali a.k.a Bebe Cool to thehundreds of mourners who had turned up to pay their last respects to fallen music as he was being laid for public viewing at Club Obligato.
Museveni regretted that the country had lost such a talented young man, and he offered Shs20m in mabugo, to go towards the family to support the burial arrangements.
However, the ‘Taata’ singer further revealed how he had earlier talked to the president about the possibility of taking Danz Kumapesa to India for specialized treatment, something that has not happened. Danz will be buried today in Gayaza, Kampala.
