Yesterday night, the road to Miss Rwanda 2021 came to an end in Kigali Arena with Miss Ingabire Grace highlighting the night after being announced as the winner.
Ingabire was followed by followed by Akaliza Amanda, a 24 year old and representative of Kigali and Umutoni Witness, a 20 year old finished third. here are the other winners of the night.
Akaliza Amanda emerged Miss Rwanda 2021 First Runner-Up. The 24 years old and representative of Kigali City studied International Relations at University and will be a brand ambassador of Bella Flowers.
Contestant Umutoni Witness was crowned Miss Rwanda 2021 second runner-up. Umutoni is 20 years old and was representing City of Kigali. She completed High School in Customs and Tax Operations. She received Rwf1, 800, 000, courtesy of Volcano Limited.
Contestant Gaju Evelyne was crowned Miss Congeniality and on top of University Of Kigali scholarship, Gaju receiveed Rwf1, 800, 000, courtesy of Peter’s Bakers.
Contestant Kayirebwa Marie Paul was crowned Miss Popularity. The 24 year old who was representing the City of Kigali
received Rwf1, 000, 000 from MTN Rwanda, latest iPhone, Internet and Airtime for a full year. She also became the telecom’s Miss Yolo Brand Ambassador.
Contestant Ishimwe Sonia was crowned Miss Heritage. The 18 year old who represented Rwanda West received Rwf1, 800, 000 from IGIHE, a multimedia company specialized in providing online media services, public relations and communications consultancies.
Contestant Umutoniwase Sandrine was the overall winner of Miss Rwanda talent show. She displayed amazing skills and creativity in painting. Umutoniwase received Rwf1, 800, 000.
She won two others; Akaliza Amanda (singing) who later finished second in the overall contest and Inhabited Grace (Chareography) who won the Miss Rwanda crown.
Contestant Uwase Phiona was crowned Miss Photogenic. On top of a full scholarship from University Of Kigali, Uwase walked away with Rwf1, 800, 000 from Diamond Smile Dental Clinic.
Most Innovative Project
Contestant Musana Teta Hense emerged the winner of the Most Innovative Project which will be financed by Bank of Kigali. On top of Rwf6, 000, 000, the bank will finance a consultant to mentor and train the winner on how to implement the project.
