Police in Jinja district has ordered for the registration of all born again Pastors in the region.
This follows the murder of a 4-year-old girl committed allegedly by a pastor in sacrifice rituals.
Prophet Joseph Sserubiri of Deliverance and Healing Ministries and his wife are the ones under detention in connection with the murder of a 4-year-old girl as they were seeking for powerful deliverances to their congregation.
The deceased Nakisuyi Trinity Nabirye Zabella 4 was a daughter of John Mulodi a resident of Kakira market zone, Kakira town council, Jinja district.
Police arrested the pastor and wife after tracking their phones and finding evidences of blood stains at the church.
The suspects later admitted to haved killed the little angel and led police to the place where they buried the corpse in Wanyange Lake, while the rest of the remains were in Kinyoro in the sugarcane plantations in Kakira town council.
In the meanwhile, the leadership of pastors in Jinja has denied the knowledge of the said pastor.
