Sebuguzi wins NRC Finale to emerge 2nd on Season Calendar

Shell V-Power sponsored crew of Ronald Sebuguzi and Leon Ssenyange registered a second victory in this year’s National Rally Championship after securing an overall win in the championship finale (Oryx Masaka Rally) that was in Masaka over the weekend.

Motivated by a second position finish in Day One on Saturday 18th November 2017, they went in day two while in need of just a simple push to to end the year on the high.

Other top Five 2017 NRC drivers

A crew of Jas Mangat and co-driver Olivier Meganck that had warned before on how they were going to spoil ‘peopl’s parties’ marked their return with a second podium finish by just 26 seconds behind Sebuguzi and Duncan ‘Kikankane’ Mubiru who was equally fighting for the NRC title only managed a third podium finish.

DRT favorite Ambrose Byona ‘Omunyeeto’ settled for the forth position followed by Kuku Ranjit to seal the top five positions.
