The now faded Ugandan number one female modern Rapper Keko is putting all the blame of her now stunted and dying career o her former south African music managers Sony Records.
The singer who a few years ago got into drugs to fight depression, ended up an addict but now rehabilitated, is literally watching her career crash and burn in front of her though now trying her best to revive it. She says intentionally or unintentionally Sony Records suppressed her career because of management issues.
“The manager they gave me was based in Nimibia, the nearest I had was from Tanzania, who happened to be Ali Kiba’s manager. If anything, I was much stressed. They caused my emotional breakdown. You record a song today, they hold it for two years, and then release it when you are not thinking about it. …” Keko lamented.
