University Football League into break till August

The game played on Tuesday 2nd May 2017 at Nakawa, while Makerere University Business School(MUBS) hosted St Lawrence University marked the end of the first round of University Football League match played on Tuesday at Nakawa.

The last game saw MUBS disciplining St Lawrence 3 – 0 by where Osman Miraje registered the opener through a penalty after fouling Moses Kifumba in the ‘box’.

Derrick Kyega widened the lead, netting a second goal a minute to half time and later Lawrence Avule sealed the win in the 68th minute of the game awarding Charles Ayiekho coached side those 3 crucial points to aggregate 7 points in the group of Kumi, Nkumba and St Lawrence universities.

The league will take a break until August 2017.
