Info coming in from our reliable ‘Buzzers’ indicates that the current Fufa female footballer of the year is soon completing a move to join the Mukono based Uganda Christian University (UCU) Lady Canons.
It is rumored that the Kawempe Muslim star has joined the Canons on a sports scholarship where she will study pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication but as well play for the University team.
Her captaining skills lifted the Kawempe Muslim women football team to win the third consecutive Fufa Women League titles in May this year where she was the top scorer of the season with 24 league goals to her name.
This follows another recruitment of the Kawempe Muslim and She Cranes Goalkeeper Ruth Aturo also by the UCU Lady Cardinals on a scholarship in Project planning.
